Karen (Leaffer) Schauble will present “Fiscal Sponsorship Up Close:  Understanding the Benefits and Pitfalls” at the Colorado Nonprofit Association’s 2014 Fall Conference on Monday, October 6, 2014.  The presentation will focus on legal structure essentials for fiscal sponsors, nonprofit organizations who have a fiscal sponsor or are making a grant to one.  Participants will learn what fiscal sponsorship takes, compare the common models, and identify pitfalls that create risk.
