Becky Seidel will present “Legal Developments Affecting Charitable Organizations and Form 990 Reporting” at the 2013 Rocky Mountain Area Conference for Finance & Accounting Professionals on Thursday, September 26. The two-day conference will feature more than 20 speakers, and a four-track presentation schedule with topics including  nonprofits, auditing and accounting, and management and leadership. Becky’s session includes regulatory updates on issues including Type III supporting organizations, program-related investments, public-support tests and developing issues such as donor-advised funds, political activity and 501(c)(3) hospitals.
