The Colorado Secretary of State’s office has released the third in its five-part e-Learning series targeted at board education and effectiveness, entitled “Understanding the Form 990 and Financial Ratios.” This module includes information about filing requirements, public disclosure, key components on the form and different ratios for analysis.
