Upcoming Session on Donor-Advised Funds at NSPA Conference

Karen (Leaffer) Schauble and Becky Farr Seidel will present “Donor-Advised Scholarship Funds: The Rhythm and Harmony of Donor Participation” on October 19 at the National Scholarship Providers Association conference in Nashville, Tennessee. The session will examine the fundamentals of the Pension Protection Act, which overhauled the donor-advised fund landscape, and hopefully add some perspective and clarity to this new, relatively vague area of the law.
