Schauble Law Group presented on “Donor-Advised Scholarship Funds: The Rhythm and Harmony of Donor Participation” at the National Scholarship Providers Association annual conference. The presentation examined the fundamentals of the Pension Protection Act, which overhauled the donor-advised fund landscape, and added some perspective and clarity to this new, relatively vague area of the law.
