The Leaffer Law Group is pleased to announce that Rebecca Welborn has joined the firm. Her many years of general counsel experience with nonprofits, as well as a broad range of tax-exempt entity law experience, add depth to the firm that has one primary focus: providing legal counsel to support, advance and guide the work of nonprofit organizations and charitable foundations in Colorado.

Rebecca served most recently as the Director of the Legal Department within the Archdiocese of Denver where she created and led their legal office. She began her legal career in natural resources law with projects involving regulatory analysis and problem solving, and dispute resolution.

With a reputation for effective issue spotting, meticulous drafting and ‘outside-the-box’ thinking in everything from tax compliance to internal policy drafting to facilitating innovative problem solving, Rebecca is a welcomed addition to the Leaffer Law Group team.
