The Colorado Secretary of State’s office has released the fourth in its five-part e-Learning series targeted at board education and effectiveness, entitled “Regulatory Compliance.” This module includes information for federal and state-level legal requirements for nonprofits, and provides insight into the board’s role in ensuring that their organization stays in compliance.  Leaffer Law Group assisted with review of this module, as well as the three previous modules; all four modules released so far can be accessed here.
