Karen (Leaffer) Schauble is a recognized leader in nonprofit law, serving as a resource to nonprofit organizations, charitable foundations and social-minded enterprises on legal issues unique to nonprofits. Karen serves as managing editor and a contributing author of the Guide for Colorado Nonprofit Organizations, roles she has served since the Guide’s inception six years ago. She currently serves on the advisory board for the University of Colorado Center for Women’s Health Research, the board of directors of the Space Science Institute, and the Colorado Secretary of State’s Business Entity Advisory Committee where she represents the nonprofit sector.
