Colorado Secretary of State Scott Gessler announced a filing fee holiday for new businesses. Beginning on July 1, a new organization will pay $1 to file its organizing documents (down from $50). The holiday will run through the summer and then be evaluated monthly. See the Secretary of State’s website for more information.
