Our friends at the Colorado Nonprofit Association have posted an analysis of the proposed changes to Colorado’s Charitable Solicitation Registration Act which takes effect October 1, 2018. We extend our appreciation to the Colorado Nonprofit Association for their effort to track the legislation, and our thanks to the Colorado Secretary of State’s Charities Division for keeping the comment period open for an additional week after the hearing on proposed rule changes.
