Schauble Law Group joined accounting firm BKD for its annual Not-for-Profit seminar to present on the “Options for Social Enterprise: Using Nonprofit/For-profit Combinations to Drive Mission”.  The presentation provided an overview of the changing landscape of social enterprise, including the reasons for why it has recently gained momentum. In addition to presenting options for nonprofit/for-profit combinations, the presentation outlined key considerations for choices in structure, as well as a case study as an example.
